Vincent will identify two or three concrete areas to focus on, and give you drills you can practice in a bay or on a range. Specific, not generic.

Is the lesson genuinely free?
Yes. One full 60-minute lesson at no cost. No credit card, no deposit, no obligation to book more sessions afterward. If you want to continue, Vincent offers single lessons and bundle pricing for returning students.
What experience level is this for?
All levels. Vincent regularly works with complete beginners and competitive players in the same week. The TrackMan data gives him specific numbers to work with regardless of skill level, so the feedback is useful whether you've never swung a club or have been playing for years.
What should I bring?
Your clubs, if you have them. Golf shoes are helpful but not required. We have clubs available to borrow. Just wear something you can swing in comfortably.
What happens after the free lesson?
Nothing automatically. Vincent will give you a clear picture of what to work on and what continued lessons would look like, but there is no sales pressure during or after the session. You decide if and when you want to book again.
Can I bring clubs if I'm a beginner?
Absolutely, and if you don't have clubs yet, don't let that stop you. We have a set available to use during the session. Vincent works regularly with players who are just picking up the game for the first time.
